How to use them, step by step:
Download the skins
Copy the file
Open the following directory : C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/rFactor 2/Packages
Paste the file
Run rFactor2
On the main page, select >Content >Packages
Find the new package
Install it
